Lana baked cookies tonight with very little help. If only she could read and reach all the ingredients. She did exactly what she was told, and the result was fabulous. I only assisted when necessary. She even cracked her first egg, put the dishes in the dishwasher, and wiped off the counter. Good job Lana!

| Learning how to use measuring cups. |
| I told her how much she needed to measure, and she counted it out. |
| She was really excited to crack the egg. |
| Perfect! No egg shell or busted yolk. |
| I admit, I was a little nervous about having flour sprayed all over the kitchen., |
| But once I let her scoop it out with a spoon, she did great! |
| In goes the chocolate chips. (After taste testing a few, of course!) |
| Trying to stir the chocolate chips in was the hardest part for her. |
| Once she learned how to fold, she was groovin'. |
| I gave her a choice for cookie size. They had to be jumbo. |
| I know, most of you would disagree with this, but it's the best part. |
| All done! Eat your heart out McAllister's |
